This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

1. Information We Collect

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you:

  • Personal Data: Email address, first name and last name, usage data.
  • Google & YouTube User Data: Access tokens, refresh tokens, and channel details (such as channel name, ID, and profile image) granted when you connect your YouTube account.
  • OAuth Data: Access tokens and permissions granted when you connect third-party platforms like Instagram.
  • Usage Data: Information on how the Service is accessed and used.

2. Use of Your Personal and Google Data

The Company may use the collected data for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor and analyze the usage of our Service.
  • To manage Your Account and connection to third-party platforms.
  • YouTube Publishing: We use your Google and YouTube OAuth credentials (tokens) solely to publish user-initiated video content (Shorts and videos) generated by our Service directly to your connected YouTube channel on your behalf. We do not use this data for any other purposes, including advertising, tracking, or content analysis.
  • To contact You by email regarding updates, security alerts, or support.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, share, trade, or transfer your Google or YouTube user data, credentials, or personal information to any third parties.

Under certain circumstances, we may only disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).

4. Data Storage and Protection

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your user data and Google credentials. Your Google OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are stored securely in our database, which is encrypted at rest and in transit. These credentials are only accessed by our application servers when executing a publish request.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your connected platform credentials (Google/YouTube and Meta/Instagram access tokens) only for as long as your social account remains connected to our Service.

For step-by-step instructions on how to remove your connected platform credentials, please refer to our dedicated Data Deletion Instructions page.

Summary of how to disconnect and delete your data:

  • Within the App: You can disconnect your YouTube or Instagram account at any time via the Connections page in our dashboard. Disconnecting will instantly and permanently delete all associated OAuth tokens, access credentials, and profile cache from our database.
  • Email Deletion Request: You can request complete deletion of your account, profile, and all associated third-party credentials by sending an email to acedev02@gmail.com. We will process and confirm your data deletion request within 24–48 hours.
  • Platform Settings: You can also revoke access directly through your Google Account security settings (for YouTube) or your Facebook/Instagram Apps & Websites settings (for Instagram), which will prevent our application from accessing your data.
